Look whats Happening in First Grade!!
First Grade students at KSA have two teachers. Mrs. Aoyagi teaches Language Arts in the morning and Mrs. Stahl teaches Math, Science, Social Studies and Religion in the afternoon. Mrs. Manzanares is our Aide. She helps us alot, too.

First Grade is the best!
First grade has enjoyed a great beginning to the 2011-2012 school year! We are finishing up our "Plant" unit in Science. In Math we are working on addition. We are learning about God's wonderful creation in Religion and practicing our prayers. We will begin learning about the Trinity next week. Social Studies has focused on "Communities".
October is FIRE SAFETY MONTH! Remember to complete and return your family's fire safety inventory form.
Reminder: Complete one page in Simple Solutions each night and return book daily. We will correct the previous night's lesson in class.
